Last year after we lost out on our other house we looked around for a while to see if we could find another house we
liked in case ours sold. We did find one. We really thought about it. But we were so heart broken that we
decided it would be best to stay.
Then in, I think it was September, the agent that showed us that house called to say they price was lowered by $10,000.
I told him that we were going to stay but thanks anyway. Over the next few weeks Lori and I kept talking about it.
Finally we just thought lets make them an offer. So we made them an offer for another $10,000 off. They did not
take that but did accept another $6,000 off.
So..... this house is a model house that was built 2 years ago. To build the house today would cost $195,000!
We can get it for $173,000. So who could not go after this deal.
Hopefully we will get it but if not then thats the way it is ment to be..
